Hi community,
I am an experienced EndNote trainer of 12 years so this is a bit embarassing. My personal library has about 650 references in it. I have synced it with EndNote Web from my work computer, no problems. I have been trying to sync with my home computer as well. I have done everything to the letter with the Thomson training video, removing all references and groups from a copy of the work library. It starts to download the groups and references, but gets to about 150 references and stops. Would anyone know why this might happening? I have Windows on both computers and X7.2 on both.
