The Vancouver style, updated February 2006

Hi,

I need to use the Vancouver style, updated February 2006. But the only vancouver available  on reference manager 11 is The Vancouver style updated 2009.

The reference in my tekst is like 1. but it has o bee like 2.  

  1. Vancouver (1)
  2. Vancouver 1

Can anyone help me get the Vancouver style 2009?
