I just received the Endnote programme and I am having a problem. When I try to create a reference in a library I just created, the prog freezes. Then a few seconds later a window pops up stating that the programme encountered a problem and has to close. I am also prompted to send an error report to Microsoft Online. This also occurs when I try to open an exisiting library. Is this a problem with the programme or my computer?
