Updated EndNote online references list will not update in Word using CWYW

I updated some of my references on EndNote online. I just tried to update the citations and bibliography in the word document but the references list is not updating.

How do I get the references list to update?

Please try the steps on our website which should force the document to pick up the changes made in the library.
