Weird citations

Hey guys, 

I’m new here so if this isn’t the right place I apologize. I installed an update for Endnote and when I insert citations in Word they are messed up. I’ve attached a picture to show how it looks. The first citation was before the update and is how it should be, the next two show how it looks now if I insert citations. 

I hope you guys are able to help me, thanks a lot!

CWYW “Instant formating is off”.  those are the temporary/unformated citations.    All you need to do is turn it on in word for that document  and make sure the Style is one that is available in your new installation.   See attached image for the EndNote ribbon in Word 2013.
