Which reference type for a norm?

Hello,

I want to enter the German norm “DIN EN ISO 15189” into EndNote X5. Unfortunately there is no reference type for that in EndNote. Other reference management system (like Citavi) have “norm” as reference type. For now I chose “Legal Rule or Regualtion” in EndNote, which seems to work. Any other suggestions?

Since the Legal Rule or Regulation reference type works for you, you could rename it (e.g., “Din En Iso” or whatever heading you’d like) or modify one of the “Unused” reference type templates and exisiting field names to suit your needs. (Then also develop a corresponding output style template.)
