I unfortunately did not update X3 to X4. I have just installed Office 2011 for Mac and found out that it does not support X3. Is it possible to update X3 to X5 or do I now have to purchase X5? Thanks.
You’ll need to purchase the upgrade but since you have a prior version of EndNote the upgrade is available at a discounted price. Per theThomson Reuters EndNoe FAQ on upgrading, users are able to upgrade any prior version of EndNote to the current version if they are able to provide the serial number.
