What is the status of the XP x64 bit support? I am a new user running word 2007 and EndNote 2 and when I have the CWYW on it’s slower than molasses.
There is a free patch for EndNote X2 that can be downloaded here:

Jason,
When are you going to release the X4 Mac patch for Word 2011? Thomson Reuters has been doing this for years, and you should have a fairly accurate estimate of a patch release date.
This has got to be a terrible embarrassment for the Endnote management team. Why is it that other competing apps are compatible with Word 2011?
At a minimum, T-R should provide free X5 upgrades to the X4 Mac purchasers who purchased the software in good faith and representation that it would be functional software with the flagship Microsoft office software (for Macs).
Please post–in large print–that X4 is not compatible with Word 2011 on the main Endnote website. This tiny fact is buried in the support section.
I have to say that I now regret the X4 purchase and will be looking at alternative applications. Other leading reference apps are now providing significant discounts to existing Endnote customers to make the switch.
Who are some of those reference app vendors? I’m thinking seriously of making a switch, too.
