Abstract appearing in Bibliography

I am new to EndNote so I don’t have a good handle on how everything works.  I am using Word 2008 on a Mac.  When I insert a citation, the bibliography contains the entire abstract.  How do I insert just the normal bibliographic entry for APA 6th Edition?  I have selected the APA 6th edition style.  Also, what is the difference between APA 6th, Annotated and “Full name?”

You need to select the APA style in the manuscript, not in the endnote program.  See this threadwhere Jason illustrates the difference!
