I downloaded the APA 7th style, but it does not have sentence case.
Help? How can I edit the style or is there an APA 7th sentence case available?

It is a setting you can edit in the output style, under Bibliography>Title Capitalization (assuming you are referring to the titles). You edit the option and save as to a new name, then in Word, make sure you use the newly named output style on the endnote ribbon. see image for the setting. DO NOT give it the same name.
