Endnote 20: APA 7 titles not formatting properly re capitalization

APA 7th titles are not formatting in sentence case properly.

Endnote capitalizes every word, and when I edit the style to use sentence case, then proper pronouns like “Oxford” fail to capitalize.

SO frustrating trying to fix all the endnote quirks. It makes more work for me than helps.

Help??

I agree. You can change the sentence case in the output style, but it will not show up as an option in the document. I wish I hadn’t upgraded.
