APA Style leaving Journal Titles as entered in EN 21

I created a bibliography using APA 7th style. I noticed that the journal titles are displaying with sentence style capitalization. This is incorrect. Journal article titles should be sentence style capitalization but journal titles should be headline style capitalization.

APA style for journal titles USED TO be displayed correct. I cannot find anywhere to change the capitalization of journal titles.

I a a long-time user since EndNote 5.

Are you sure you aren’t seeing an effect from the option to use journal titles from the journals terms list (which is library specific) rather than the reftype applying headline sentence style caps? The column of the terms list table is defined in the output style, if utilized. (sorry been out of town for 3 weeks) –
