I use the following citation for in-text-citation: (Easton 2000)
So sometimes it is neccessary to also use pages in this like that: (Easton 2000: 33)
But every time the document refreshes the fields, the pages disappear and the citation is again only (Easton 2000).
How can I handle this?

You need to edit the style you are using. You want to insert the Cited pages field, like this:
(Author |Year|:*Cited Pages|) where the * is a “link adjacent” inserted from the insert field button and Cited Pages is inserted from there too. the | keep the : from appearing when there are no cited pages.
Alternatively, put : 33 into the suffix of the edit citation menu.
