I have some issues with EndNote x7 that I am not sure how to solve.
One or two days a week I work at my home computer, where I have Word and EndNote installed (via the university). The same programs are installed at my work computer. I work with the same Word document at work and at home, and sync the Word document with Box (a universuty based version of Dropbox).
My library is synced with Endnote Web, so that does not sync with Box (as I have understood at least Dropbox sometimes causes trouble).
The problem I have is that when I switch computer some of the references, especially cases (books and articles are never a problem), does not show up but the computer then chooses another reference instead. Then I have to change them and start working but when I switch computer the same problem arises again. I have tried to unformat the citations but I cannot figure out why the cases does not follow. There cannot be a major problem with the library, because then I suppose that also the books and journal would cause problems.
A poosible explanation may be that the cases obviously does not have any author and therefore causes trouble (se attached image).
Does anyone know how to solve this?
