Change output from Chicago Superscript Footnotes to Chicago In-Line Author Date

I have not been able to get rid of superscripts when trying to change output to Author-Date from Footnote/Bib style using Endnote Basic. I have tried changing to other author-date styles such as APA, and the format of the references and bibliography does change, However, the superscripts still remain in the text. Is there a way to completely change the output and get rid of the superscript system?

If you are trying to change from footnotes to in text citations, no – not easily. Those are word generated footnotes or endnotes and not intext citations and bibliography list. There sare macros that can switch, but it is best to reach out to the endnote support team to see if they have it, or search this forum for macros. not for the feint hearted though.
