In my bibliography I want the authors to all be Smith, J., Jones, B. etc
I know I change this in output styles which I have, but they are still showing the second author the wrong way round in my document - what am I doing wrong?

What do you mean by “the wrong way round”? Last name, first name order - or first name, last name order? Also note if you changed the Author Name “Name Format” in the bibliography template then changes are saved as a new output style file (e.g., APA 6th Copy) so you’ll need to change both EndNote and MS Word to use the new output style file for the changes to take effect.
