Reverse Author Names in Bibliography

Hello,

I have created a custom output style by editing another available style. Now I want to reverse the name of authors in bibliography. Currently it looks like this:

Kuner, R., Mund, C., Nair, S

I want to reverse the name of each author to look like this:

R. Kuner, C. Mund, S. Nair

How can I do that in Endnote X5?

Thanks for your help.

Hello again!

I just change “Other authors” to “John Doe” and it seems to work!

If somebody can confirm this is the right way of doing what I want to do, I would be really glad!

Thanks again!

To list the First name and then the Last name, the setting “John Doe” for “Other Authors” is correct. If you also want the first author in this format, you would change the “First Author” setting to “Jane Doe” in the “Author Name” section of the Style.

Thanks Jason! That is what I did.

How to make a name like (Jack B. Boxers) to be written as (B. B. Jack) in Bibliography or references?

asking a question in a solved thread isn’t good, as I usually skip over them. This is answered below.  You need to ensure the output style author settings are defined  as in the image below.  Save as to anew name and make sure the newly named file is used in the word document. Â
