Changing font in a specific reference in Endnote 7 for Mac

Hi,

I’m trying to change the font of a specific reference as follows:

Ref as displayed by EndNote:

Andrews, M. (2008). Is Black Economic Empowerment a South African Growth Catalyst? (or Could It Be . . . ). John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

I want the O in Or to be upper case and the I in it to be lower case as in:

Andrews, M. (2008). Is Black Economic Empowerment a South African Growth Catalyst? (Or Could it Be . . . ). John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

I have tried various things like editing the font and remove font formatting but nothing changes.

Editing it where?  – You can’t change the text generated by Endnote in the document.  Only in the actually record itself in the library.  And then you will need to turn “off” any automatic title rendering in the output style.  (see attached image for setting your output style, but be sure you “save as” and use the newly named version as your output style in the manuscript, on the endnote toolbar/ribbon or format bibliography menu)
