I have EndNote X7 installed, and I just installed CWYW to Word 2016.
I can not change the application of CWYW since the drop-down menu in the preferences is not functional.
Currently, I am able to use CWYW only with Endnote web and I’d like to change that.
I’d appreciate any ideas on how to fix this issue.

If you’re running a Mac there’s a reported compatibility issue between Mac and Word 2016 (refer to the knowledgebase article http://endnote.com/kb/136020 ).
