I just added a citation on my endnote library online and when i click “Insert citation” and search the author or keyword it does not find it. i tried closing Word and opening it up and still nothing. It is definitely in my Endnote library, i dont get what could be causing htis. Any suggestions? I am on a Windows btw.

Insert citation is a cludgy way to find and insert citations, I much prefer going to endnote finding it there using specific fields and then hit insert citation from the endnote toolbar rather than from word.
