Cite While You Write Plug-In from Endnote Web

Hi there,

I’m a Mac user. I just installed the Cite While You Write from Endnote Web. When I opened the word 2011, I got the following error message: “Could not find a copy of EndNote X4.0.2 to launch. Error code = -10814”. Would you please let me know what’s wrong?
