I recently updated to EndNote x6.0.1 for Mac, and now I’m no longer able to import references from Web of Science (these have .ciw file extensions, though it may not work for others like .ris either - haven’t checked). I click on the downloaded file, which prompts me to select a reference library (I always cancel this, because I use one big default library), and then another dialog box (new to me), titled “choose a filter” pops up. This never happened before, so I have no idea what to select. I tried Web of Science and cancel, but then nothing happened - no reference.
