In EndNote 6, I have put The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning as the author, including the double comma. For the in-text citation in Word, it only shows up as (The Collaborative for Academic). How do I get the rest to show? The entire author shows up fine in the Reference list.
Edit the citation and enter the “missing” part of the citation in the Suffix field (see attached image).
That will only work if there is no year in the citation. Otherwise you will get (The Collaborative for Academic, YEAR Social, and Emotional Learning)
The only way to fix this, is to manually edit the citation, hiding the author and entering exactly what you want to appear in the prefix.
