Corporate author name with multiple commas does not cite correctly

In EndNote 6, I have put The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning as the author, including the double comma.  For the in-text citation in Word, it only shows up as (The Collaborative for Academic).  How do I get the rest to show?  The entire author shows up fine in the Reference list.

Edit the citation and enter the “missing” part of the citation in the Suffix field (see attached image).
