Endnote 21 on a mac user here with a thesis to write!
When I add a new reference via EndNote (usually via searching in the online PubMed tab of the application), I will go to insert it in via Insert Citation in Word and word will prompt me to open the correct EndNote library in my files and then all of my references that appear in the “Find Citation” section are gone.
I’ve made sure that the Word doc automatically opens my specified library but it still prompts me to pick the library. After I close down/reopen Word+Endnote a few times and leave it for a bit, my references will eventually show up again. All is fixed until I have to add another reference!
Anyone had this issue? Going a bit crazy here!
