Different references on and off campus using EndNote Web - Mac problem?

Hi All

I am trying to help a researcher who is seeing a different set of references when using the same EndNote Web account on and off campus, but a pc on-campus and Mac off-campus.  Anyone know what the issue might be and how to resolve?
