I am very fastrating with this pop up message when I use library of congress and british library, which are the two most important database i need. i can’t use it now. every time

I’m using EndNote X7 and both connection files for the Library of Congress and British Library work fine. Are you using the current connection files which are dated 2014-01-08 and 2012-03-28, respectively? Current connection files may be downloaded from http://endnote.com/downloads/connections
