Any of you having problems connecting to the Library of Congress database via EndNote since yesterday? I haven’t been able to get on to retreieve records, although I am able to use their z3950 gateway on the web (URL: http://www.loc.gov/z3950/ ). On EndNote, the error I keep getting is as seen in the attachment.
Is this a problem the Library of Congress of a problem with EndNote’s connection file? I do have the latest connection file for library of congress.
