Connections error

I’m using Endnote to connect to the library of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, but it seems the connections file I downloaded from Endnote website is too old. The date on which this file is created is in 2011. During these years the university’s server address might have changed for many times, so I keep receiving the error message “Domain name not found. Verify the Server Address in the connection file.”

is there a more updated version of this file?

I tested the connection file (last modified February 10, 2011) and get the error message “Gave up waiting for host to respond” (refer to attached image).
