Domain name not found. Verify the Server Address in the connection file.

I am trying to connect to my University ibrary. I have dowloaded the .enz-file, both tried to save and copied into Connections. I have clicked the Customizer and ticked the Connections. Still I get the message: 

Domain name not found. Verify the Server Address in the connection file.

Any thoughts?

Which connection file are you using? It’s possible your university library’s server address changed so you might check with a librarian and/or the IT department of your institution.
