During library sessions I’ve seen exported references from library databases such as EBSCO and Swetswise etc be imported into the Endnote application when the application and a library are open. However on my home laptop the library has to be closed. If I’m importing a reference I have to tell the application which library I want to import it into (I only have one library). If the library is open is will not let me import. Is there a seeting that I’m missing that I need to chnage? I’ve gone through the Users Guide and can’t find anything in troubleshooting. Please help as it’s very frustrating.
