I’m using Endnote with Pages on OS X 10.9.
After weeks of writing a document, the referencing suddenly started to malfunction. Whenever I insert a new reference, Endnote keeps adding brackets and numbers randomly after every previous citation and chewing away my existing text before. Like so:
