I have word contain my citation, when trying to add another one it give me citation in {author, year #number} formate when trying to solve it by Turn instant formatting on then update citation it doesnot work, and after trials it give me message contain (attemped to access an unnamed file past its end)
I use windows10, word2019 and office2019

On my word document (endnote tab- instant formattion is on), when trying to add another citation instant formatting becomes of and citation become in (author, year #number) formt.
