Endnote exports from Worldcat.org

Hello,

I’m helping someone who is trying to export references from WorldCat.org. He is on an iMac and has BibDesk apparently.

He downloads the RIS file from worldcat.org, and when he clicks on it, it wants to import into BibDesk. He is trying to find a way to make the default import option Endnote. 

I told him about viewing the reference in Finder, right clicking and choosing Open With and checking the “always Open with” box, but apparently that ISN’T working.

Does anyone have experience with this? I had never heard of BibDesk until today so I don’t know what’s happening.

thanks Leanne. Changing the browser to FF seemed to work for him.
