EndNote on high resolution displays

Hello

I recently updated my laptop to a new machine that has QHD dsplay at a resolution of 3200x1800 and I am noticing that many things in my EndNote X7 are very tiny. For example, the icons on the top toolbar such as the “insert citation” icon is so tiny that I’d need a magnify glass to see it properly. Obviously there is an isue with the scaling. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
