I have installed EndNote 21 and started using the new EndNote online. I was intending to use EndNote online to cite within Word (avoiding the record number problem when writing on more than one computer) but my Word is unable to connect to the old or the new version of EndNote online (www.myendnoteweb.com or web.endnote.com).
The EndNote tab is present in Word, but searches for citations bring up no references even when there are 52 matching records in the library.
I get the error message: EndNote is unavailable. EndNote does not currently support this service. Please try again later.
