[Endnote20] Word 365 cannot load add-in

Hi everyone,

I’m using Endnote 20 and Word 365 on my Imac. Unfortunately, after I updated the word version to 16.45 (released January 13th 2021), I have not seen Endnote tab in Word. And, I was received the announcement that Word cannot load add-in “Endnote CWYW Word 16.bundle”.

I tried some fixation methods like deleting “Endnote CWYW Word 16.bundle” file, then installing the components “Cite while you write add-in…”.
