EndNote server connection keeps timing out

Hello everyone!

EndNote seems to be unable to retrieve records from PubMed. It’s always telling me that there’s an “error reading records” and this started happening a few days ago. 

Help?!

I think that this is a PubMed problem as we have had unstable access to PubMed all day.

Which version of EndNote are you using to connect to PubMed? 

What search are you attempting?

Also if you could tell us approximately what time (including zone) you are attempting the search that will help us and the NCBI team narrow down the issue.
