hi,
i’m having problems with CWYW in Word 2007 and EndNote Web. I can log on to my EndNote Web account and find citations that i want to add. when i go to add them into the body of my text, i get the following error message:
"Cite While You Write could not connect to EndNote Web.
This may be due to a temporary Internet or Server error. Please try again."
I get the same error message when i click on “Update Citations and Bibliography.” if i open a new document and try to add a reference, i can do that, no problem. the only difference is my current document has 245 references and CWYW stopped being able to add after reference 245. can anyone suggest a fix? thanks!
