One of our staff member experencing following error in EndNote Web.
She is trying to transfer her EndNote references between her computer and EndNote web via the EndNote X5 software.
EndNote “Transfer References” could not connect to EndNote Web. This may be due to a temporary Internet or Server error. Please try again.
This is only happneing on campus. please help.
