I have a user who has multiple libraries that he wants to sync to his Endnote Web account. Is this possible without creating one giant library? My guess is the answer is no but I thought I would post this just in case I missed something! Thanks!
At this time, it is only possible to Synchronize with one library. Your user can merge the libraries into a single library and then use the Groups option for organizational purposes. Please see the following article for information on merging libraries: http://endnote.com/kb/118257
