Endnote X1 Web of Science online search

Hi all,

I am using Endnote X1 on Windows XP and cannot for the life of me search web of science using the online search function.  I can search pubmed absolutely fine but web of science (ISI) comes up with no searches found every time regardless of the search.

I would appreciate some help please as I am stuck!

Web of Science is a licensed database, unlike PubMed which is freely available to anyone in the world…

Does your university/business have a subscription to WOS?  If they do, then perhaps the problem is that you are off-campus and must validate with a password instead of via IP (from on-campus)…
