Endnote x6 not responding

Dear All,

My responsible has a issue with Word Mac 2011 and EndNote x6. He is working on MacBook 10.7.x.

I am not an expert with Endnote and I can really help him.

From Word he try to use EndNote and All freeze. After a couple a minutes, he get that error message:

“EndNote is not responding. Error = -1712”

Someone know what it is? And what can I do?

Please tell your “responsible” to apply the X6.0.2 patch as referred to in this(and several other threads).
