Endnote X7.1 not finding full text in any of the Proquest databases we subscribe to. Is anyone else having trouble with this? I just noticed it, so I am not sure how long this problem has been going on.
Any help you could provide is appreciated.

I am having a similar problem. It’s not consistent. Sometimes, I will get full text returned. But, other times, I get nothing, even from well known and readily available full text journals. And, sometimes, the whole fulltext search process just gets ‘stuck’. Right now, Endnote has been looking for full text files for the same 11 articles for over 30 minutes. Based on recet experience, this checking will continue until I manually abort the process.
I also have the most up-to-date version X7.1.
Advice appreciated since the current sotuation is frustrating.
