"Find Full Text" does not any longer find any full text

Dear colleagues,

since about last week I’m not able any more to find any full text via “Find Full Text” in EN X3. I also tried without our local link resolver in the Open URL Path. But even for articles with full text link in ISI WoS there is the message “Not found”. Several weeks ago it still worked perfectly:  I was able to find some full texts without our local link resolver in the Open URL Path and lots of full texts after including our local link resolver. Do you know any solution for this problem?

Hi - Can you give this another try? We made a modification that should have improved this for you.

Best regards,

 - Mathilda, the EndNote team

Great, it does work now!!! Thanks a lot and best regards

HI…

well i am using endnote x3.0.1. and i am facing problems gaining full text from sciencedirect.for example i searched a term and it yields 230 results so i wanted to gain full text of all the ref but endnote could manage to give me only 68 files of 230.although almost all the pdf are available on sciencedirect but it seems that endnote can retrieve pdf from science direct.then i tried endnote x2 but the result was similar!. i have checked all the boxes in fulltext preferences although i dont have any open url put into the box and neither i put authentication link in the full text preferences.but i think it don’t matter for science direct because our university has subscription of sciencedirect and when we log on to science direct there is no need to enter user name and password for us.

so where is the problem?

please help me
