I have tried many times in a week, but the error “internal server error” never go away.
Can anyone help me resolve the problem?
My Endnote X7 is not synching either. This is the data I get. Error Code: Server.ReferenceStore.internalError.

Also experiencing an EndNote X7.0.2 sync problem. When auto sync is on the messages
‘Indexing pdfs’ and ‘Retrieving references’ appear for long periods, and although EndNote desktop can see EndNote basic, it won’t sync. Any solutions? Thanks
