Just signed in, tried to find my way in this forum looking for answers to my problem and couldn’t find them. Sorry in advance if this is a repeat.
I am having issues:
-my library is done, i have figured out different ways of inserting citation into a word document.
-Insert citation is working fine as long as i don’t close the word document. Citation will be ordered just fine and be found at the bottom.
-but once i save document and reopen it, the “edit and manage citation” button is not working anymore. When i press on insrt citation for a new citation it starts a new citation list. I can’t find any way to continue the work i had previously done.
Any tips/advice, because atm endnote is pretty useless the way it works here.
Could be lots of things (sorry - I had unsubscribed from the forum after the 2nd lot of spam a couple weekend ago). I think your best bet is to actually call their tech support. – I think calling is more efficient than emailing or submitting a tech support request. Hard to work thru the things to check without a conversation. You could look at the Kb portal too (at the bottom of the support page, http://endnote.com/support)..) Two of those to check are below.
