EndNoteX5 starts everyday with Number "1"

Hello together,

I´am writing an abstract and use EndNote X5 and OpenOffice 4.1. Yesterday I started to write the text with my first citations. And everything got right. But today, I opened the abstract and if I continued to cite, the programm deleted all citations of yesterday (but not the numbers) and started again with number “1”.

I hope, someone can help me.

Did someone open the abstract in another word processor, like Word?  This will corrupt the endnote citations when you open it back up in OpenOffice.

Thank you for your answer, but no, my abstract is only opened with OpenOffice and I have still the same problems. :frowning:

Are there another ideas?
