Error Code:Low Memory

The Endnote version I used is X7.02. But I have got a problem when I sync references. The error code is Low Memory.

Operation system running on my computer is Windows 8.1. RAM is 4G.

How can I handle this problem? Thank you

I have the same problem, may be it is the EndNote error on win8.1 system

I also have the same problem on Windows 8.1 platform. It’s completely OK on Win 7.

I really hope Thomson Reuters will give us the solution.

I have exactly the same problem. I wonder if it is related to the “lock” issue when synced from multiple computers. I have the errors on all the two computers that I sync with.
