My endnote version is x7.1 running on the win8.1 64bit system in China, the endnote can upload my local reference data file to the web server,but cannot download the data when I have two computer need to sync.
In another computer I create a new library, and then sync to my account, but an error occurred, the error code is:Low Memory.
This really trouble me causing when i change my library in one compute, the other computer can nerver get the correct sync, please help me.
