Exporting references to import into Access

Can someone suggest what file format I should use so I can import the file into Microsoft Access 2013?

I use Endnote x7.

This is an old help document (it is a PDF in a ZIP file) that may still be interpretable with more recent versions.  I can’t find the original online anymore.  It isn’t as easy as you might think… Further advice from CG is in this thread.
